Abstract
This presentation describes how the IEEE PES Industry Technical Support Leadership Committee leveraged knowledge sharing as a strategy to overcome the challenges faced by industry stakeholders during the initial stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. The unprecedented impacts of the pandemic on the industry and innovative strategies employed by utilities and system operators worldwide to respond to the challenges will be discussed, as well as the platform IEEE provides to enable the delivery of reliable, resilient, and cost-effective electrical energy.
